Lan network very very slow on windows 2008

Hi all, i have the following settings:

Host: Windows 2003 r2 on Dual Xeon Quad Core 1Gbit connection to switch

Guest: Windows server 2008

Lan speed is VERY slow (file transfer of 4-5 Mb/s instead of 100-130Mb/s) with other machines of same networks. I tried:

All network settings bridge, host only... nothing always the same

I tried to add guest addons...nothing.

Could you please attach the log file? The description your micro benchmark with more details could be also helpful (there are a numerous ways to copy file from one computer to another and it's impossible to guess which one is used).
