I confirm the issue. Host Windows 7 SP1, Guest Windows XP SP3.

A workaround is to downgrade to 4.3.30 that works fine.

Should be fixed. Here is a Windows package and here is a Fedora 22 package. Please confirm the fix. Thank you!

Thank you very much Frank!

I confirm the fix of provided VirtualBox-5.0-5.0.1_101848_fedora22-1.x86_64 host with Windows XP and Linux guests. The restore was successful on both VMs.

Hello, I can also confirm that the Version 5.0-5.0.1_101848 worked on Win7 64-bit host and Win7 32-bit clients. The problem I've posted in the forum (https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=68977#p331774) could be solved with this fix. Many thanks to Frank from me, too. regards br125
