[OS X] VM Dock icon should not bounce while saving/restoring state

While VM state is being saved/restored VM GUI window displays a progress bar in a popup pane. This coincides with the VM icon in Dock bouncing. Progress bar is not something users need to be notified about, so icon should not bounce.

See the OS X HIG: "Use bouncing to notify users of serious information that requires their attention. A bouncing Dock icon is very noticeable, so you should use this method only when the user really needs to know about something. Also, make sure you disable bouncing as soon as the user has addressed the problem."
