Not able to active/deactivate USB filter at runtime of guest using VBoxManage command

I tried to overcome the problem of ticket #373.

So I tried to activate and deactivate the USB filter for a connected USB keyboard device while the guest is running.

However, the VBoxManage command fails.

Improvement: It should be possible to switch the connection of USB devices between host and guest at runtime of the guest.
