API: enumerate guest properties broken at machine runtime with an empty patterns string -> fixed post-3.2.6

When enumerating all guest properties of a running machine using the API, the API documentation states that a blank pattern parameter can be passed in. However, the implementation in VirtualBox 3.2.6 requires an asterisk ("*") for this. Fixed in revision ​30804.
