Virtualbox guest window will not retain it's size while restored from fullscreen

Reproduction:

  1. Start VirtualBox.
  2. Start Windows guest.
  3. Wait for windows guest to load.
  4. Change windows guest window so it is not maximized.
  5. Go fullscreen with host + f
  6. Restore from fullscreen with host + f

Result: Guest window is maximized. Expected: Guest window same size and position it was before fullscreen.

Guest additions are installed. Auto resize is disabled. Host resolution is 1280x800 Guest resolution is 1280x800
