I´ve just logged in the system. It get frozen immediately.

The logfile you attached is from 4.0.4 not 4.0.6. Could you try with VBox 4.0.6 please?

Oh, sorry, my mistake at all. I´ve made a backport of virtualbox and don´t recognize it. It was because of kerneltrouble. So this ticket is invalid, please mark it or close it. And I bring my system again to VirtualBox4.0.6.

I´ve the same problem with VirtulalBox4.0.6. The log will be attached.
