It appears that the USB controller is causing the installation to fail. I receive an error message 2869 when trying to install an older version 4.1.0, 4.1.2. No error code is currently displayed just a message in 4.1.6.
I am attempting to install on a Korean version of Windows but I do not read Korean so I can not currently provide the message.
Installation completes without rollback after removing the USB component.
